It also requires the acceptance of the particular conditions which could be established for specific assumptions and which are published on the web page through which the order is carried out.
All the services contained on this website are provided by ST CONSULTORES according to the current legislation. ST CONSULTORES has been member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) from May 2012 on. As a member of RICS, it has the commitment to apply its code of practice (The Client can visit the copy of these documents in www.rics.org/regulationeurope).

ST Consultores Inmobiliarios S.L. was founded in Madrid the 19th of July of 1996, being its corporate purpose the elaboration and evaluation of reports and surveys, even expert valuation, regarding the technical, legal, fiscal, economic and business viability of real estate activities and businesses, as well as direction, supervision, control and management of real estate businesses. It also carries out plans, projects and computer applications related to real estates.
The user of this website (henceforth The Client) assumes the responsibility of the use of this Portal and, specifically:
- All those acts that contravene in the established General Conditions and the law, as well as General or Particular Conditions contained in the signed contract
- The certainty, correctness, validity and up-to-date data which were filled out by the Client in the forms published by ST CONSULTORES on their website.
- The harm and damages, caused directly or indirectly by any third party, when the Client had lost, revealed, neglected, or due to any other matter left to another person his/her personal data necessary to formalize this contract.
- Any activity different from the indications given by ST CONSULTORES to The Client regarding the use and the operation of this website or the ordering of services.

ST CONSULTORES INMOBILIARIOS SL, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation –GDPR-) and additional legislation, will ask the users of this website (being this a natural person or a legal entity, and in such case, the natural people who represents it) when filling out the ST CONSULTORES forms, for their authorization to:

The data information will be kept for the time needed to provide The Client with the recruited service, as well as for future contractual relationships, although Clients have the possibility of exercising, at any moment, their rights of access, rectification, erasure, right to object, right to data portability, restriction of processing, and right to object and automated individual decision-making, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
According to the Article 5 of the Spanish law “Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico” the user-clients may receive information directly involved with ST CONSULTORES products or services, (which will be similar to the previously contracted between both parties) through different means, inclusive electronic ones. Despite that, the Client can withdraw from these means of communication at any moment, by just clicking through the link which appears in each electronic e-mail sent by ST CONSULTORES.
ST CONSULTORES can carry out an automatic treatment of this data of personal nature, directly or through a third party who may act individually and without prejudice of secrecy rights, and exclusively for the set out purposes. That third party will be compelled to Data Protection rules, especially to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.
When the personal data is to be collected through the form, it will be necessary to provide at least the information marked with an asterisk. In case these necessary data are not provided, ST CONSULTORES will not provide the service required by the Client through the web service.
The Client, as a user, guarantees that the data supplied are true, exact, complete and updated, being responsible for any damage and prejudice, direct or indirect, that may occur due to a breach of these obligations. In the case of data belonging to a third person, the user must guarantee, when giving the data to ST CONSULTORES, that the third person has been informed about the aspects set out in this website, being the user also responsible of having obtained the previous authorization of that person for supplying their data to ST CONSULTORES for the purpose of the service or product requested.

As a regulated RICS firm, ST CONSULTORES has in place a Complaints Handling Procedure (CHP), and a Complaints log, both of them meeting all the regulatory requirements.
ST CONSULTORES’ CHP implies two stages:
Stage One. It gives our firm the opportunity to review and consider the Client’s complaint in full. ST CONSULTORES will try to resolve the complaint to the Client’s satisfaction. If the Client has previously spoken to ST CONSULTORES about the complaint, he/she should make a writing with the details of the complaint, in order to help ST CONSULTORES achieve a full understanding of the reasons of it.

ST CONSULTORES will acknowledge receipt of the Client’s complaint within 7 days, and will answer to the Client as quickly as possible.
If ST CONSULTORES couldn’t give the Client a full response in a short time, ST CONSULTORES will keep him/ her updated within 28 days. In the case the Client were not satisfied with ST CONSULTORES response, he/she will have the opportunity to take the complaint to stage two.
Stage Two. It gives the Client the opportunity to have their complaint reviewed and considered by an independent provider, approved by RICS Regulatory Board,
